1. Targeted Acquisition - Our channels of acquisition are very specific to professionals who have relevant experience in data science. We donot encourage 'data enthusiasts' with no prior experience in analytics. Our goal is not to grow the network in quantity only but with quality.
2. Identity Verification - We authenticate the email addresses of all the data experts, without which they cannot complete registration on our platform.
3. Social media analytics - Our AI reads the footprint of the experts from the digital space and uses the information to score them on parameters such as domain expertise, language proficiency, experience level. This is then translated to our Q-Score that is used to rank our experts.
4. Skill assessments- We have skill tests designed on our platform for quantitative abilities, logical deduction and programming that are used to make the Q-Score dynamic and also keep our experts engaged.
5. Case Studies - Once an expert bids on your project, you can even send industry relevant case studies to the expert to evaluate the problem solving skills of an expert.
6. Video Interviews - You can interview selected candidates to understand their soft skills and depth of knowledge and suitability to your team.
